OVERVIEW

This workshop is for photographers who want to spend a day in the field learning and creating a portfolio of fox photographs. Through expert tracking your guide Kate will show you around hand picked locations prime for fox viewing including a fox den site. With only a small group of 4-5 participants you will have plenty of time to learn, photograph and ask questions. There will be opportunities to practice photographing a variety of compositional styles of the beautiful wild foxes. This trip is intended for intermediate to advanced photographers with a telephoto lens of 500mm or more.

Daily schedule: Sunrise Session 5:30am - 10am / Break 10am - 1pm / Instructional Session 1pm- 3pm / Sunset Session 3pm - 8:00pm

Your session fee includes trip planning, wildlife tracking and photography instruction. Transportation, meals, accommodations and personal items are not included.

As this is a workshop for wildlife we cannot control the wildlife participation or behavior.

DEN SITES

Multiple different den sites are tracked each year for the selection of the best location for photographic opportunities. The PA dens are in farmland or rural areas bordering forest and fields. The NJ dens are at the shore with sand and dune grass as the backdrop. The DE den is near lush tidal marshland and meadow habitat.

Workshops will visit either a NJ, PA, or DE site as listed in the session selected. Trip dates and den sites per session will be posted once the kits emerge from the den.

We will ethically photograph the foxes and participants must agree not to disclose or post the locations. "Take only pictures, leave only footprints." Purchasing or attending this workshop is under agreement of NDA not to share, disclose the den sites, or otherwise post the location online. You may of course post or share your photos, just not the location.
